The procurement target is the import customs clearance agency service for the Tiankun , with a required completion date of October 1 , 2025. The specific matters are as follows:

3. Exit Port: Guangzhou, China





4. Port of entry: Tema Port , Ghana





5. Mode of transportation: self-propelled





6. Number of people on board: about 30





7. Import port name: China Harbour Engineering Company Limited





8. Import method : Temporary import for overseas contracting projects





2. Payment method and cycle





This project will be paid by wire transfer (payable within one month after customs clearance ) in accordance with the contract agreement.





The payment period is subject to the quotation agreed upon by the supplier in the bidding documents.





If the owner fails to pay the funds in full, the bidder agrees that the inquiring party may delay payment.





3. Bidding Time

Quotation documents: One original electronic quotation , including one PDF quotation sheet with the company's official seal (another Excel quotation sheet), and indicating the value-added tax rate, delivery date, etc. The quotation sheet must not be omitted, otherwise it will be deemed invalid.





Suppliers who have not signed a contract with our company must provide a brief introduction to their company, business license, general taxpayer certificate, bank account opening permit, quality system certificate, audited financial statements for the past three years, and a scanned copy of the legal representative's ID card along with their quotation for reference.
