(2)项目总负责人具备建设类注册执业资格证书或具备建筑工程相关专业高级及以上职称；注：如为联合体投标的，拟派项目总负责人须为联合体牵头人委派；本项目总负责人以联合体各成员共同授权一人为准，并提供至投标截止日前三个月(2024年11月-2025年1月）企业为其缴纳养老保险的缴费证明。（建办市函【2019】92号文件中规定的6类情形人员除外）
