合同履行期限：自项目初步验收上线之日起，提供三年服务，具体时间按合同签订时间为准。

二、申请人的资格要求：

1.投标供应商应具备《政府采购法》第二十二条规定的条件，提供下列材料：

1）具有独立承担民事责任的能力：（1）提供有效的企业法人营业执照或事业单位法人证书或社会团体法人登记证书或执业许可证或自然人身份证复印件。（若分公司投标：供应商为非独立法人(即由合法法人依法建立的分公司），须同时提供总公司的营业执照副本复印件及总公司对分公司出具的有效授权书。分公司已获得总公司有效授权的，总公司取得的相关资质证书对分公司有效。若法律法规或招标文件另有规定的从其规定）

2）有依法缴纳税收和社会保障资金的良好记录：提供2021年任意一个月的税收缴纳凭证复印件和社会保险缴纳凭证复印件。如依法免税或不需要缴纳社会保障资金的，应提供相应文件证明。（若已对接“粤省事”“粤商通”“粤信签”等系统的，可提供通过系统提取的相关信息证明文件，无法通过系统提取相关信息的，可提供书面承诺声明函（格式自拟））

4）履行合同所必须的设备和专业技术能力：提供具有履行合同所必需的设备和专业技术能力的书面声明。

5）参加采购活动前3年内，在经营活动中没有重大违法记录：提供参加政府采购活动前三年内在经营活动中没有重大违法记录的书面声明。

6）投标人未被“信用中国”网站、列入失信被执行人、税收、政府采购、环境保护、知识产权等领域严重失信行为的主体。如查询结果未显示存在失信记录，视为评审时未发现不良信用记录。（注：报名时以及在编制投标文件中不用提供此项查询结果，根据评审时查询的结果截图为准。）

一、获取招标文件方式及招标文件售价

1.投标人凭以下加盖公章的资料前往购买招标文件，并在参加正式投标时放入投标文件中：

3.招标文件售价：人民币300元/套（售后不退）。如需要邮寄，须另交纳60.00元作为特快专递邮寄费用，提交资料齐全的，款到即发（在任何情况下采购代理机构对邮寄过程中发生的迟交或是遗失都不承担责任）。

说明：潜在投标人须保证所提交资料真实、完整、有效、一致，否则由此产生的任何后果均由投标人自行承担。我公司只接受报名购买本招标文件供应商的投标。
