合同履行期限：合同签订后，项目建设工期为6个月，运行维护年限为1年。另，中标单位需在2021年12月31日前完成28家重点用能单位和省/市平台数据对接。

二、申请人的资格要求：

1.投标供应商应具备《政府采购法》第二十二条规定的条件，提供下列材料：

1）具有独立承担民事责任的能力：法人或其他组织的营业执照等证明文件（复印件）。

2）具有良好的商业信誉和健全的财务会计制度：财务状况报告【提供2020年度经第三方会计师事务所审计的财务报告（财务报告须包含资产负债表、利润表、现金流量表、附注）（复印件），或者提供自本招标公告发布之日起由供应商基本开户银行出具的资信证明原件（同时提供基本账户开户许可证复印件或由供应商基本账户登记备案的银行出具的“基本存款账户信息”复印件），装订在投标文件上册正本内】。
