1．招标条件
本招标项目深圳园燕云城项目公区精装修（含软装）工程已获批准建设，招标人为河北深保投资发展有限公司，招标项目资金来自自筹，资金比例百分之百，项目已具备招标条件，现对该项目进行公开招标。
2．项目概况与招标范围
2.1工程名称：深圳园燕云城项目公区精装修（含软装）工程（项目编号：G1306002103962001）
2.2工程地址及规模：燕云城项目（BS07-01-02地块）规划用地性质为住宅用地本项目总用地面积约9.5公顷，总建筑面积暂定约36.5万平方米，地下（包含人防）约9.9万平方米，地上约26.6万平方米。住宅地上总建筑面积约25.5万平方米，地下2层，包含8栋17层（高约为51米），10栋25-27层（高约为74.15-79.95米）的住宅楼；北侧邻里中心地上地下总面积约7600平方米，幼儿园约4060平方米（无地下室）。车位配比为1.2辆/户，规划停车位数量为2561辆。容积率为2.8，建筑密度为18%，绿化率为39.5%。本次招标范围内公区精装修（含软装）面积共计约23158 m?，其中地上部分约18711m?, 地下大堂与车库连接处外展区面积约4447m?。具体详见招标文件。
2.3招标范围：深圳园燕云城项目公区精装修（含软装）工程，完成招标图纸范围、工程量清单、技术要求及合同包含的全部工作内容，包括但不限于二次深化设计/优化设计、工程施工、成品保护、配合施工总承包单位进行全过程BIM技术应用与管理、与总包及相关专业的协调配合以及应由投标人完成的其他工作，并在竣工完毕后，对施工的全部范围承担维护保修保养及售后服务等工作。
