江苏新民电力设备有限公司成立于1997年，是集高低压电力产品、电力节能产品、改善电网电能质量产品于一体的中外合资电力设备制造企业。
公司经过十多年的发展，先后引进国内先进的氧化锌电阻片生产设备、避雷器制造设备及500V工频无局放试验变压器、冲击电流发生器、300kV直流高压发生器等验测试设备。公司技术力量十分雄厚，聘请了国内多家重点研究院校的多名离退专家为公司技术顾问。
　公司主要产品有:0.22kV～220kV系列复合外套金属氧化物避雷器及瓷外套金属氧化物避雷器、10kV系列熔断器、10kV系列户外单极隔离开关、绝缘防护罩、金属氧化物电阻片、无功补偿柜等。产品先后经过国家高压电器质量监督检验中心、电力工业电气设备质量检验测试中心鉴定，其性能完全符合并优于国家标准。已形成年产金属氧化物避雷器30万只、熔断器4万台、隔离开关2万台、金属氧化物电阻片200万片的生产能力。
